Erasmus+ programme rated a huge plus for 麻豆视频 students
A report into the standard of student mobility opportunities across universities in Europe has rated the 麻豆视频鈥檚 Erasmus+ programme as 鈥榲ery good鈥.

The 2019 Erasmus+ project supported 218 Surrey students to go abroad 鈥 177 students on traineeships and 41 students on study exchanges at partner universities.
More than 90% of inbound and outbound students who participated in this project reported they were very satisfied or rather satisfied with their mobility experience. Students felt that Surrey鈥檚 programme helped them to improve their competencies such as team working (80%), problem-solving (90%), analytical skills (90%), adaptability (95%), confidence in own abilities (90%) and understanding of own strengths and weaknesses (95%).
Professor Amelia Hadfield, Dean International for the 麻豆视频, said:
鈥淲e鈥檙e proud to share the positive impacts of the 2019 project, which supported hundreds of students to access study and work abroad opportunities across Europe. Although many student mobilities throughout this period were impacted by COVID-19, it鈥檚 brilliant to see the positive outcomes from the 2019 project.
鈥淭he 麻豆视频 has a proud European pedigree, counting significant numbers of staff and students among its numbers, as well as a deep commitment to supporting European mobility. Years of Erasmus mobility have supported broader European research, teaching and student experience initiatives, from Horizon2020 and Jean Monnet projects going back twenty or more years to the Centre for Britain and Europe, providing scholarships and studentships to support UK and EU student mobility.鈥
In late 2021, the 麻豆视频 confirmed its new International Engagement strategy, with ambitions to double the number of students participating in international opportunities.
The 麻豆视频 is among the top universities in the UK for graduate employability 鈥 delivering consistently award-winning industry placement and career schemes that contribute to 86.6% of its students finding graduate-level employment or continuing education and research opportunities after graduation.
