Siqi Jin (Jade) holds a Master’s degree in International Hospitality Management from the Â鶹ÊÓƵ and a Bachelor’s degree in International Hospitality Management from VATEL International School of Hospitality and Tourism Management in France. She is currently pursuing her PhD at the Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s School of Hospitality and Tourism Management. Her research focuses on female care and the working environment of female frontline employees in the hotel industry. In addition to her academic pursuits, she has practical experience working in international hotels and the business division of a major online travel agency.
