Katalin supports and advises faculty staff members on the development of blended and online courses. Katalin's practice is based on a blend of design approaches to scaffold engaging, inclusive and accessible learning that align with learning outcomes and professional standards, and which are effectively evaluated and disseminated. Katalin also supports the sharing of good practice through organising various university initiatives, including Surrey Institute of Education Learning & Teaching Showcases, annual DigiFests and Surrey ExciTes 2024.

Katalin joined the University in February 2019 and previously worked at the University College of Estate Management, designing and editing fully online programmes.
