(Provisional) Emerging technical norms in national AI strategies and frameworks as a basis for international legal standards for the regulation of artificial intelligenceTaking an empirical approach, my research is examining national AI strategies and the national standards, regulations, legislation and principles resulting from these strategies to identify common technical standards and norms that are achievable and can form the basis of an international convention of standard for baseline regulation of AI.
