I am currently a PhD Candidate in Psychology at the Â鶹ÊÓƵ exploring the role of depressive symptoms and cardiometabolic risk factors as predictors of dementia using data from three longitudinal cohort studies. I graduated with a Psychology BSc (Hons) from the University of Athens in 2016 and I completed an MSc in Health Psychology at the Â鶹ÊÓƵ in 2017.

My research focus is on the prediction and prevention of dementia and I am particularly interested in the biological, psychological and social determinants of dementia risk. My PhD project looks at the longitudinal relationship of depression and cardiometabolic disorders with the risk of dementia using secondary data analysis.
