Rosie’s research focuses on supporting people with dietary-managed long-term conditions, particularly coeliac disease. She is dedicated to helping individuals with coeliac disease live well while maintaining a gluten-free diet.

Currently funded by the NIHR, she is co-designing a healthcare pathway that integrates gluten-free management with overall wellbeing, working closely with adults with coeliac disease and healthcare providers.

Rosie also develops research capacity in clinical settings, supervising doctoral trainees in clinical psychology as they design and evaluate psychological and behavioural support for conditions which require elements of dietary-management such as constipation, diabetes, inflammatory bowel disease, and coeliac disease.

Rosie is a Sustainability Fellow with the Institute for Sustainability, Â鶹ÊÓƵ. In this role, she encourages the provision of sustainable food options for those with dietary-controlled conditions and sustainable health systems.
