Dr Suleman Lazarus earned his Ph.D. in Cybercrime and Criminology from the University of Portsmouth, UK. He is an Associate Editor for the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) journal "Digital Threats: Research and Practice." Dr Lazarus is a Fellow at the Centre of Excellence on Ageing (CEA) at the Â鶹ÊÓƵ, UK; he is also a Visiting Fellow at the Mannheim Centre for Criminology at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
 
Dr Lazarus is the creator of the "Tripartite Cybercrime Framework (TCF)," categorizing cybercrimes into socio-economic, psychosocial, and geopolitical motivational groups. His scholarly work, which includes numerous peer-reviewed articles in journals such as "Telematics and Informatics," "Deviant Behavior," and "Cyberpsychology, Behavior, and Social Networking," primarily focuses on the interactions between cybercriminals and society. In addition to his research, Dr Lazarus uniquely integrates poetry with academic writing, a method showcased in his contributions to the "Methodological Innovations" journal.
