Sarah Bath
Dr Sarah Bath is a Lecturer in Public Health Nutrition at the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ.
Sarah is a registered dietitian with the Health and Care Professions Council and has worked as a clinical dietitian in the NHS. She therefore aims to translate research findings into practical advice and is author of a fact sheet on iodine that is published through the British Dietetic Association.

Dr Cohen Kadosh's research investigates the developmental changes in the social brain network in childhood and adolescence. In the most recent project, she is looking at the effect of prebiotics intake on emotion regulation abilities at the behavioural and brain level.

Kathryn Hart
Dr Kathryn Hart is a Lecturer in Nutrition and Dietetics at the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ.
Kath is a registered dietitian with the Health and Care Professions Council and has worked as a clinical dietitian in the NHS and in private practice prior to moving into teaching and research. She is a member of the Nutrition Society and British Dietetic Association and sits on a number of committees and specialist groups related to nutrition & dietetic training, education and research.

Dr. Jimenez is interested in the molecular mechanisms controlling microbial gene expression for biotechnological and medical applications at multiple scales. His research ranges from the study of the optimisation strategies for the investment of scarce resources in single cells to the engineering of microbial communities to monitor antimicrobial gene transmission and solve environmental challenges.

Paul Sowden
Dr Sowden is the director of the ILLUME Creativity Research Lab at the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ, which conducts research into the creative thinking process, how it is related to other cognitive processes and how it can be influenced.
