Undergraduate
We do not accept the Diplom膬 de Bacalaureat from Moldova for year 1 entry. However, a foundation course or evidence of further study will be considered.
Undergraduate pathway programmes
We will accept the Diplom膬 de Bacalaureat from Moldova for entry on to our UK/ EU foundation courses. If you are applying from Moldova, we typically look for a minimum of 7/10 in the Diplom膬 de Baccalaur茅at.
Minimum standard in English and mathematics
If you are applying for an undergraduate course at Surrey, you must meet our minimum standards for English and mathematics.
English: IELTS Academic required.

Postgraduate
To apply for one of our postgraduate courses that require a UK 2:1, you must achieve a GPA of 8.0 out of 10, or 16 out of 20.
For courses that require a UK 2:2, you must achieve a GPA of 7.0 out of 10, or 14 out of 20.

If you do not meet the requirements for a postgraduate course, you can apply for a . These pathway programmes are offered by the and are designed in order to develop a student鈥檚 academic and English language skills in preparation for postgraduate study.

All our students require a good standard of English language to be eligible to study with us. If you don鈥檛 meet our requirements, we offer intensive pre-sessional English language courses, designed to take you to the level of English ability and skill required for your studies.
